Frequently Asked Questions
How does it work?
For each day between Monday and Thursday a unique home-cooked dish will be on offer. These dishes will vary every week, with a new menu being published on Friday evening. Simply place your order by Sunday 12 Noon for the week and you will receive a PayPal link for the total cost. Delivery times will also be shared on a Sunday evening once all orders have been received.

What are the portion sizes?
There are three portion sizes available:
Small: Feeds 1-2 people
Standard: Feeds 4-6 people
Large: Feeds 8-10 people
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, there is a £30 minimum order which includes any items from the Shop.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is currently free to anyone living in the London postcodes N1, N5, E2 and E8. Delivery to other North London postcodes will be at an additional cost based on distance and will be calculated per order. Collection from N1 can also be arranged at no extra cost. Please state this in your order.
Will I need to do any form of cooking?
Every dish can arrive ready to eat. In some cases, a lasagne for example, you will have the option to bake it yourself. All cooking instructions in these instances will be included with the dishes.
Can I freeze the dishes?
All meals will be delivered in freezable containers or can be easily transferred to a Tupperware if preferred. If an item cannot be frozen, this information will be provided. Please note that all frozen items should be fully defrosted prior to reheating.
I have an allergy/intolerance, can you make substitutions?
All allergens will be listed on each menu, and in most instances substitutions cannot be made but make a note in your order or send an email to ask in advance and we'll see what can be done. Please note however that all orders are prepared in the same kitchen and, therefore, may contain trace elements, although we do our utmost best to avoid this.
Are food preparation and deliveries COVID-19 secure?
In a word - yes! We will be disinfecting and sanitising hands throughout the preparation and packaging process. The kitchen and relevant food items will be cleaned and disinfected following guidelines. Face masks and gloves will also be wore when delivering and hands sanitised between deliveries. If you are shielding, please let us know in your order email and we can ensure any extra and additional precautions can be made to keep you safe.
